Terms & Conditions

PA Pro Apparel LLC provides apparel and goods, typically custom embellished per customer request. Services provided include, but are not limited to, embroidery, screen printing, digital printing, spangles, sublimation, embroidered patches, spangle transfer sheets, digital transfer sheets, and sublimation transfer sheets. This is not an exhaustive list and PA Pro LLC may provide additional services as described in customer invoices.

Force Majeure
PA Pro Apparel LLC shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature.

Limitation of Liability
The customer acknowledges and agrees that PA Pro Apparel LLC will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the customer has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.

No Guarantee
The customer acknowledges and agrees that PA Pro Apparel LLC cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered. Rather, services shall be executed in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice. Best efforts will be used but no results are promised beyond what is agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Jurisdiction and Venue
If, in the case, a dispute arises which cannot be amicably resolved, the customer agrees the agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and agrees the venue shall be Derry Township, Dauphin County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
