Return Policy

PA Pro Apparel warranties, under normal wear and conditions, products and embellishments for a period of 30 days after receipt. Warranty shall be null and void for acts of negligence, accident, or deliberate intent causing damage or destruction to product or embellishment. Failure to properly care for product per provided care directions shall void warranty. Customer shall return product in original packaging at customer expense for product inspection at the discretion of PA Pro Apparel LLC.
PA Pro Apparel LLC will refund or replace customer orders, at our sole discretion, for defective items per this warranty. Shipping costs, credit card fees, and art creation fees are not refundable. PA Pro Apparel LLC will not accept cancellations once invoices are paid.
