Spangles are very thin pieces of material similar to rhinestones or sequins. They have a soft feel, are very light, and have far fewer safety concerns when compared to rhinestones or sequins. They are similar to sequins, but have no holes and are applied with a commercial heat press instead of stitching. Spangles come in a wide variety of colors in matte, glossy, or holographic finishes. The finish, feel, and durability makes spangles a more kid-friendly option than rhinestones and sequins.
